the faces of the drowned

this is one of the ‘water’ themed pendulums i made • before i decided to use a theme of ‘cool lookin’ for the rest • but if you work with water a lot, this one is a good bet

with thanks to sylvia plath’s poem finisterre for the title

1 in stock

• a friend of mine found the shell on a beach in LA

• the beads came from a friend who had extra beads & mailed it to me so i’d make stuff out of it

• the chain came from a bunch of jewelry a friend gave me because she had SO MUCH too much

• the thin silver…ish… wire is florists’ wire • i think i got it at a yard sale?

• i picked up the steel wire on the side of the road somewhere

it's this big:

• the entire pendulum is 13.25″ long, tip to toe

• the loop at the top is 1.5″ across

• & the shell at the bottom is 2.5″ long
