I accept payment by Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. If you need to pay another way, contact me and we’ll work something out.
I ship within three business days, except for custom orders and when I’m at a long show (and I’ll post about those ahead of time). I’ll use USPS First Class or Priority unless you request otherwise; if you want an order shipped differently, or if you want additional insurance, that might cost you more, but only if it costs me more. Please make sure your address is right and that you pick up your package if you need to; if I need to ship it again I’ll pass the cost for that on to you.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you’re not happy with your purchase, please let me know and I’ll see what I can do to resolve things. If all else fails, I accept returns in original, new condition within fifteen days of you receiving it. Once I’ve received your item I’ll refund your money (in the same way you paid) and send you a confirmation email.
Incorrect, Damaged or Lost Goods
Save all contents and packing materials and contact me within 3 business days. If you suspect your package is lost, let me know and I’ll go poke the post office about it.
I’d far rather have more trees than a printed catalog.
I never share your personal information with anyone (I really hate it when people do that to me). When you enter your credit card number on my website or at a show it’s encrypted & transmitted using state of the art SSL (Secure Socket Layers) technology, and I’m the only person who ever has access to your credit card number. My credit card processor is also PCI compliant, which protects your card information during and after your purchase.
Allergic reactions to my products is rare, but you’re responsible for keeping your own allergies and sensitivities in mind when you order.
